Spicy Cats Rescue needs to move to continue offering life-saving care for cats with additional medical or behavior needs and seniors! With the ongoing housing crisis, we have struggled to find a property that would both fit the needs of our cats and fit within our budget. That's where you come in!

You may have an inherited property, unused land, fixer-uppers, rental properties, unconventional properties (like churches), or others that could be transformed into the sanctuary our cats so desperately need. A generous donation of property helps them, but it can also offer you significant tax benefits!

What We Are Looking For:

• Residential, mixed-use, or commercial with zoning variance

• Free standing on its own land

• In any of the following towns:   Brentwood, Candia, Danville, Durham, East Kingston, Eliot, Epping, Exeter, Fremont, Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Kensington, Kingston, Kittery, Lee, Newfields, Newington, Newmarket, North Hampton, Nottingham, Plaistow, Portsmouth, Raymond, Stratham​
